Asian-marinated Pork Chops
Like most of my Asian dishes, these Asian-marinated pork chops aren’t so much traditional as they rely on traditional ingredients like soy sauce, ginger, mirin and sesame oil. I like to come home, whip up the marinade (3 minutes) dump in the chops, and then listen to the news while unwinding with a beer or cocktail. When the news is over I’ll make rice, dress some salad, and cook the chops. Twenty-five minutes later supper is ready.
